Abstract

Genital warts caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection are a rare disease in young children. We reported a 16-month-old girl hospitalized in our department due to giant verrucous papules on the skin in the anogenital area and her twin sister with similar skin changes observed within the subsequent six month. Combination therapy with topical agents such as podophyllotoxin and imiquimod and oral ranitidine was effective and led to healing of the lesions.
